Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy: At Altrucia, we offer free shipping all over the UK. We also provide Instant Delivery for select locations. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via trusted courier services. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• We currently only ship within the UK.

Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
